  I had been going to Bunnnings but found that most staff had little no experience about hardware and really unhelpful, i went down to this little hardware store at Deewhy and its like a little treasure trove with experienced staff that have helpful tips and ideas and take the time to talk to me and products are not pushed on me. In fact I'm on my way there now, I love going there and supporting local little stores with great service and knowledge.

  This is the not only the best hardware store I've ever visited but also one of the very best among all the shops I've been to so far. The staffs always behave very politely and provide extra ordinary service. I want everyone to go there and have a look. I would also wish all the best to the mates over there in the shop.

  A lovely little hardware store that is like a Tardis. I couldn't find what I was looking for and a member of staff politely asked if they could help getting everything I needed. A great shop and it's good to buy local and independent.

  Visited store as Bunnings did not have what I required, the staff at Pooles were most helpful and were able to assist me with my requirement without any problem, guys you do a great job, the opposition could learn from you.
